1. Introduction

2. Membership and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Platform. Registration is free and requires accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We currently offer Free Membership, which provides access to core catalogue tools, community features, and other basic functionalities. We may, at our discretion and in the future, introduce premium or paid services/features (e.g., advanced tools, enhanced visibility, member directory access, or other additions). If we do so, we will notify affected users in advance (e.g., via email or in-platform notice) and provide clear details of any fees, billing terms, and how to opt in or out. No charges will apply without your explicit agreement and prior notice. Current access remains free unless and until such premium options are introduced and accepted by you.

3. Platform Features and Use

The Platform allows members to:

• Create and manage personal digital catalogues (upload images, descriptions, provenance notes, etc.).
• Connect with other members through community features (e.g., forums, messaging – if enabled).
• View and interact with shared content (subject to privacy settings).

Prohibited Conduct: You must not:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes or to infringe rights (including intellectual property).
• Post false, misleading, offensive, harassing, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts.
• Scrape, copy, or misuse data (especially any member details).
• Attempt to interfere with the Platform's operation
• Use any offensive language on messaging

We may remove, or restrict content/account access for violations.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded content (catalogue items, profile info, posts – "User Content"). By uploading/posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use it for operating and promoting the Platform (including any future public listings if applicable). You warrant that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and is accurate (especially regarding authenticity/provenance of items described). All Platform content (design, logos, software) remains our property or our licensors'. You may not copy or use it without permission.

5. No Transactions – Disclaimer

The Platform is for connection, catalogue management, and community purposes only. We do not facilitate, mediate, or guarantee any sales, purchases, valuations, authentications, or transactions between members. Any dealings between members are at your own risk. We are not responsible for disputes, authenticity, quality, or outcomes of any interactions.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special losses.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.
• Actions or content of other members.
• Inaccuracies in user catalogues or profiles.

Our total liability is limited to £100 (or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any payments have been made in the future for premium services). Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or content;
• The actions, representations, or transactions of any users (including collectors or otherwise);
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content, listings, descriptions, or provenance information;
• The suspension, restriction, or termination of any account;
• Any reliance placed on information or materials available on the platform.

The platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Termination and Suspension

You may close your account at any time by emailing us on Bloomsburywells@gmail.com We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breaches, or with notice for other reasons. Upon termination, access ends; we may delete your content after a reasonable period.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes (including any introduction of paid features) will be notified (e.g., via email or in-platform notice). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
